Hey Ya'll meet Africa Miranda. She is a dynamic performer, actress and spokesmodel, with distinctive style and quick wit. Africa Miranda won the hearts of many across the US, and around the globe, as the breakout star of Bravo TV’s “The New Atlanta.” After appearing on The New Atlanta, Africa was named the first ever Brand Ambassador for international hair care company, Creme of Nature. Africa was born in Boston, Massachusetts, of Cape Verdean descent. She grew up in Montgomery, Alabama, and is a proud graduate of Alabama State University. An avid social media buff, she stays connected with her fans via her Periscope channel also known as “Africa TV” and her official website and lifestyle blog, africamiranda.com. Africa is a rising star in the tech and live streaming world, recently being nominated for a Shorty Award for “Periscoper of the Year.” She served as host of the inaugural Periscope Summit, as a keynote speaker at Summit Live, and will be also be sharing her live streaming expertise as a speaker at the Mom 2.O Summit.
