Yesterday I was having an overwhelming entrepreneur day, I had to grab product from my shop and was running late to meet Charlamagne the God of the breakfast club ... and then the universe made it happen!
I was late heading to his book interview at John Hopkins University. I arrived at the book store in which it was originally being held to then be told the venue was moved. I was a bit frustrated after finding a parking spot and towing all my belongings to then have to turn back around. But in true Kalilah fashion, I didn't let it stop me. I arrived at the new location a couple minutes later, mumbling to myself about being so late and probably missing all the good stuff. As soon as I walked into the door, I WALKED RIGHT INTO HIM. I IMMEDIATELY seized the moment ans said, "Hi, my name is Kalilah Wright and I am the owner of Mess in a Bottle." I confidently told him about my company, told him about my MESSages and told him about our vending machine. The hallway was empty and I had my moment to shoot my shot!
I am so grateful and I had to stop and thank the universe for always being so good to me. Now, I'm one step closer to being on the Breakfast Club in 2019!!!
