Overview 

The Marketing Manager is responsible for marketing strategies of all four company divisions. This position will work collaboratively with MESS operations staff to ensure marketing plan is aligned with the company sales strategy 

Key Role Responsibilities 

Research and evaluate new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights

Execute marketing strategy and plans for future and existing products

Partner with finance and creative director to determine viable market for product placement

Works with the productions teams to facilities new product development and deployment

Manage and launch campaigns

Ensures effective branded marketing communications across all company websites and social media

Sourcing and engagement of reliable wholesale suppliers and vendors 

Responds to ongoing internal and external correspondence

Support any ad hoc projects/tasks that pop up sporadically

Reviews and manages business email accounts

Knowledge, Experience and Skills 

Formal Education and Training 

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related field

Experience

• 2-5 years of e-commerce marketing experience 
• Experience using SEO, Google analytics, financial statements, Facebook advertising, social media conversion rates and rapidly changing algorithms
