Let me introduce you to the owner and creative behind LIT BKLYN Denequa Williams-Clarke.
Denequa is a fellow Brooklyn sister who holds a degree in Africana Studies (she BLACK Black) from SUNY. In 2015, she took a leap of faith and founded LIT Brooklyn which is a luxury hand-poured soy wax candle company. When she’s not building her own brand, she can be seen inspiring and helping other Black women entrepreneurs find their footing in life and business.
